our dearest maknae turns twenty on 19th of december .
we had a surprise birthday brunch at food for thought on the 18th
everyone shifted plans to make it for her birthday .
poor jess who had to rush off for a performance in the noon , came with her outfit and all
& also felimbo , who rushed out without make up so she would be on time.

i really enjoyed the brunch at food for thought .
i've heard so much rave reviews about it and always wanted to try it.
i'm so glad that we decided against potluck surprise at her place and had it here .
i think the portion's really filling and pricing's much more reasonable as compared to wild honey.
unfortunately , felimbo and jess had to wait quite a while before we were seated.
i guessed it could be harder since we had 9 pax :(

we couldn't find the beancurd but we ended up at this pastry shop which sells soya tarts.
tried one and i think i should get them for my birthday bash next sunday.
the thought of turning 21 makes my tummy churn :/
gonna be a year older and hopefully with age comes wisdom.

just when you decided against bringing your umbrella , it rains.
& when you bring it with you , it rains .
surprisingly , i was the only one who brought my umbrella that day.
thank god for my mother who nagged me all day long :x
anyway, the surprise wasn't 100% successful because the birthday girl reached earlier than some of us.
i was a little disappointed but i think we've managed to pull it off well
given the fact that we were rendered with half hearted support instead of full co-operation.
i think i could have done much better but it wasn't a total flop anyway.
at least the birthday girl was happy ? cheers to more surprises ahead.
off to meet my boyfriend for last minute christmas shopping next !
