the search for the perfect white shorts are over !! so happy that i managed to secure a piece from ohsofickle :) i've been too reliant on my denim shorts and i've so many blue tops which looked so bleah when they are paired with denim. it's funny how something so trivial / simple can make me happy.  retail therapy does wonders to the soul and i've been so happy because i don't have to mug !

i'm happy with life just like that. teach tuitions and go on part time job offerings while i meet up my friends during my free time. had supper with lynn neh debbie at holland v crystal jade to celebrate lynn's belated 21st and neh's liberation :> gone were the days when we had to stay in school to mug and settle all three meals in school canteen / ngee ann alumni . 

while i may not be out all the time , i would be home catching up on korean dramas . you've no idea how excruciatingly painful and tormenting it is for me when my friends keep telling me about how good the drama is .. when i had to resist watching them online and mug non stop . 

rooftop prince is my current favourite drama :) got feli started on fashion king as well but we realised it got a little draggy after a while. not one of those dramas which you will be motivated to stay up to finish and sacrifice your sleep. i had a good time swooning over shin se kyung's beauty and the fashion apparels donned by the cast though. 

& today marks the start of our weekly clique outing :) 

met up with feli earlier at city hall because she had nowhere else to go after her interview. it's the start of Great Singapore Sales and a lot of boutiques were having sales promotion. i was so tempted to get the pair of arty splash wedges from aldo but feli told me to save for my upcoming bangkok trip. in the end she encouraged me to buy this floral bralet from new look since there was 20 perc discount and i bought it. yay , one more member to the bralet collection and lyla yang's probably rolling her eyes while reading this . 

lunch at old airport road market. all of us split up to get a variety of spread from different stalls. rachel had to get a queue number (?! ) to buy rojak from this famous stall and feli waited for more than half an hour to get two plates of fried kuay teow. as expected , long queue at lao ban beancurd. all of us left with a satisifed tummy . will definitely head back for the famous cheecheongfun and rojak . 

then it was avengers with the bbm clique and keith. i'm not a fan of such movies but i have to give credits to chris evans for being such a cutie / hunk . throughout the show i kept asking keith questions  as to who are the good/bad characters and what powers do they possess while rach who sat beside me fell asleep a few times haha. <3 

a friend encourages your dreams and offers advice - but when you dont follow it , they still respect and love you . they drop their plans when you're in trouble, share joy in your accomplishments and feel sad when you're in pain.

i hate how my contacts felt so dry at the end of the day yet i cant remove them or i will be groping aimlessly on the streets. should really save up for lasik someday. 

 shopping was rather disappointing today. 

i didn't managed to see anything that i like so i only spent 10 bucks on lrh warehouse sale. 

two tops at 5 bucks each. what a steal :) i honestly went with the intention of splurging but there was nothing that really caught my eye. feli and rach ended up spending much more than me 0.0 

so at 10:20 pm , feli felt guilty about purchases and tweeted 

"must stop shopping until BKK"

i swear that was the nth time i've heard from this girl. 

and just five minutes ago , she asked me to check out gmarket to see if there's anything that I would like to get so we could combine shipping... 

moving on .. i'm so in love with rach's new hair colour. 

it's close to the shade that i've always wanted to try.. like 95% 

my roots are showing and it's pretty hideous but it's not a good idea to keep dying your hair

close to a month

yes, i haven't met my boyfriend for close to a month despite the fact that both of us are in sgp. doesn't make sense at all but both of us have been caught up with our priorities. not that we aren't each other's priority but there's so much to be done it's overwhelming. it's five days since liberation and i'm savoring every single minute of it . the past few months were hell and i wonder how i actually survived and got through this phase.

i really couldn't ask for more :') had such a good time catching up and someone's officially "out of the shelf " . so sneaky. she claimed that she wanted to break the news to us in person because it would be more sincere. i jokingly quipped that i'll inform her of my wedding dinner a day before the actual event to seek my revenge :p  can't believe we're actually talking about marriage at this point of time. it's like so near yet so far and while we hate to admit.. we're getting older and older :( 

how i wish time could stop and let us catch some breath before we move on or something. i want to spend more quality time with my boyfriend friends and family this summer to compensate the lack of social life UOL has robbed me for the past few months . till the next one .

i wouldn't say the dim sum is fantastic though . 

they all taste the same to me. i heard it's quite pricey as compared to swee choon. 

it's pretty much filled during lunch time.

not a fan of it but the rest were so in love with it . 

can't wait to try laobeijing's dimsum buffet. 

i was so shocked when kun told me it's only 15 bucks 

gonna avoid the weighing scale for a long long time.. :x
