many assignments are piling up .

too many things to do but i'm glad that i've got things started.

i'm a happy girl !!!

but i would be ten times happier if ..

- my students are more obedient. may gabriel pull up his socks and stop annoying me.

- i get to meet sonia cheryl sarah sokee gracia jeanette chloe steph grace eunice siyi serene and etc regularly. i hardly get to see my girls and they are so important to me :(

- i learn to be more determined

- i'm able to cook decent meals for myself. my stomach growls from time to time its so embarassing.

- able to let all the unhappy shit go .

THANK GOD ITS FRIDAY!

this friday kicked off on a really good note. firstly, i was early for today's econs lecture (: i was so worried that i would be late the day before. i kept tossing and turning but i could not get to sleep. -.- i really need to adjust my body clock .

anyway , the few of us went on with our mani/pedi session as planned . we were walking rounds and rounds, looking for the best mani/pedi deals in town. in the end, we decided to split up to get our pampering session done. i picked the OPI suede in navy shade and i'm absolutely in love with the colour ! i would prefer the matte finish though, without glossy top coat layer.

did i mention how our camwhoring session at graffiti cafe turned into a disaster. we approached this guy with two cameras ( yang's and jessie's ) , hoping that he could take a picture for us. he passed the other camera to his friend and they took pictures for us. i was happily smiling at our pictures when rach told me that the cleaner cleared the guys' bowls . i'm not too sure if they have finished their meal but irene said one of the guys looked pissed :x god bless the kind souls please. i really really hoped that they have finished their meals.

that was on the 9th of september. exactly one week ago . i've decided to update this space like finally . this space is collecting dust . i'm really good at procrastinating. skill of procrastination gets better as i grow older.

anyway, last week we gave teh a pleasant birthday surprise . venue was prive@ keppel bay . the surprise was teh's church's clique ; mark ( her boyfriend!) , adeline , hilary and luke . the day coincides with sokee and bimb's last day of examinations. a huge huge sigh of relief for all my hardworking poly mates. they totally deserve the break! that day was good food, good ambience and good companion. i couldn't ask for more.

sadly, the place doesn't allow us to serve cakes bought out of the cafeteria .. we had to move over to the top level of vivocity to gather for cake cutting session. mark bought ' magic candles' the flames dont extinguish easily and they are somewhat like mini firesparks. the birthday girl was so happy that day. we love you sarah teh !

had a really good day today. bump into kun while i was heading for tuition from esplanade station. shall blog about it soon .

nevertheless, it was really fun and i got to see linz , wing , ziyang , sucheng and silvia after sometime. sucheng was really nice to come even though she was in a mad rush. it was meant to be a surprise for silvia but the very naughty chipmunk decided to barge in ! yenqin and i had to grab her and stop her from entering. after much struggle, we managed to blindfold her before letting her in and toodles, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SILVIA!

there were many nice food like curry chicken ( courtesy of gracia's momma ) , pasta and mash potatoes , drinks and many finger food brought by linz! our ever so generous big brother of the clique who has slimmed down so much from army. it was a short gathering but i'm glad that i'm able to see all these lovely people .

i've tried my best ...

to salvage friendships.

In econs, we learnt that TR = Price x Quantity. Through life experiences , I learnt that the amount of hurt accummulated = Hurt x no of people inflicted. I am not unfeeling. Sometimes I try not to care by ignoring and escaping from reality such as deleting certain people from my social network , i cringe at the idea of being far away from him/her.

i really really gave up on you until * sent me a text about how you weren't exactly adapting well in your new environment. both of us are damn sad when we received the news. you know i would gladly respond to all your pleas like i always do , and always will ? sometimes broken friendships really make me damn scared. like i dare not venture out to new friends in case we become close and when shit happens, it will hit me real and hard. & on the contrary, i feel guilty that i'm not able to reciprocate the exact amount of effort to someone who is putting in a lot of effort in the friendship. i wonder what's up with me either :/
