seoul day two

WARNING ; MASSIVE PICTURE POST.

that's me goofing around with my camera :) 

i couldn't smile proper because my lips were so dry that it cracked

& the very smart me didnt bring lip balm with me

i only purchased the lip balm on the 3rd day so that accounts for 3 days of suffering. 

when we went seoul , it was around 8 to 14 degrees which is not extremely cold . 

in fact, the cold was bearable and it was nice to sleep in :):):) 

we only wake up around 12 plus which is 1 plus local time (seoul's an hour faster)

that explains why lunch is always our first meal of the day. 

we settled lunch at this home restaurant near our guesthouse. 

my meal cost me around 4000won which is approximately 5 bucks . 

they dont have food court or market places but their restaurants are cheap as compared to singapore's restaurants. korean food is a lot cheaper and nicer there , needless to say. 

off to lotte world :) 

we used jocene's card and managed to get quite a fair bit of discount . 

the funny thing was , both sonia and i were using jocene's student card . 

she actually let us pass because she didnt realised both pictures were of the same person 

which was neither of us card holders HAHAHA . 

it's a pity that their outdoor rides were closed for the day due to the cold. 

selections were pretty limited but i had fun nevertheless . 

will definitely be back during one of those upcoming summer holidays. 

off to hongdae (hongik university) area 

winter wear's so so so cheap over there. 

& they dont compromise on the quality of the knitwear . 

if you're planning to head there during winter, dont buy too much winter clothes here ! 

there are much more variety and designs available in seoul :) 

i wanted to get the trench coat for kun so badly but how often will he get to wear it ? 

a random stallholder who insisted that i take a picture of him :/
